	Jay B. Umansky jumansky@stllaw.net J.D. Saint Louis University School of Law, 1979 Mr. Umansky, the principal of the firm, has more than 25 years experience devoted exclusively to representing creditors. Mr. Umansky is licensed to practice law both in the states of Missouri and Illinois. Mr. Umansky has unique experience in solving the receivable issues of health care providers and is a specialist in their collection needs. Mr. Umansky has been called to testify as an expert witness in litigation dealing with creditors' rights issues. Mr. Umansky has lectured before the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Guild of Patient Accounts Managers, the Clinic Managers Association of Greater St. Louis, the Midwest Healthcare Management Association, and the Bar Association of Greater St. Louis. Mr. Umansky has also been a faculty member speaking before attorneys at seminars sponsored by the Commercial Law League of America, the National Business Institute, Lorman Business Institute, and the University of Missouri, Kansas City Law School. Laura M. Cole - Associate Attorney lcole@stllaw.net Laura M. Cole received her law degree from St. Louis University School of Law and was licensed in 2005. She is a member of the Missouri Bar and the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri. Since being licensed, Ms. Cole has been working with creditors to resolve their collection issues. While in school, Ms. Cole worked as an intern in the Bankruptcy Court where she received valuable experience working on issues involving creditors and debtors. She also was the recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, was the president of the law school's chapter of Phi Delta Phi, a legal fraternity, was an officer and member of the Women's Law Student Association, and worked in the law clinic providing pro bono services. Ms. Cole is a current member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and is involved in and supports various community activities. Terri A. Norath - Office Manager/Director of Client Relations tnorath@stllaw.net Terri Norath has worked with Mr. Umansky for 14 years. Ms. Norath has spent her years with Mr. Umansky becoming familiar with all facets of the firm's operations. She has served as a legal secretary, account administrator, team manager and now acts as both the firm's client liaison and office manager.
