	In 1979 while still a law student at St. Louis University, Mr. Umansky helped establish GOALS, the Gateway Older Adult Legal Service project. This program, which provides free legal services to lower income elderly in the St. Louis community, has been operating continuously for more than 25 years. Since its inception, GOALS has served more than 10,000 clients. Mr. Umansky remains chairman of the GOALS program. The Law Offices of Jay B.
